This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle delivery for both Australian and international customers.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During busy periods, new launches, or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.
2. Australian Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal partners such as Australia Post, Sendle, or equivalent.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed on our website.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most destinations.
Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs processing.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days (depending on region)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your country’s regulations.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any related fees.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
You can track your parcel using the link provided or directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

7. Pre-Orders and Backorders
For items marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.
8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
